The Real Royal Wedding

With all due respect to Prince Willy and Kate, I have no interest in the hoopla surrounding their wedding.

This isn’t because I’m not connected to them, not because I lack interest in British royalty, and not because I’m a hater.

It’s because I’ve already seen the royal wedding. The REAL royal wedding.

The date was May 14, 1992.

It’s the most important event in the history of this country.

WHEN DWAYNE SAYS “WILL YOU” AND STARTS WALKING DOWN THE AISLE IN THAT UGLY CREAMSICLE SUIT AND THEN GETS TACKLED AND DIAHANN CARROLL SAYS “DIE, JUST DIE” AND THEN DWAYNE STARTS SAYING THE VOWS AND SAYS “PLEASE, BABY PLEASE” AND THEN WHITLEY SAYS “I DO” AND THEN TELLS BYRON SORRY AND RUNS TO DWAYNE AND THEN THEY RUN TO THE ALTER AND THEY START KISSING BEFORE THE PREACHER SAYS THEY CAN KISS AND THEN DIAHANN RUNS IN AND SAYS “WHAT IS GOING ON” AND DWAYNE CALLS HER MOM AND SHE FAINTS ZOMGGGGG

Sorry, William and Kate, I know this is your day and all, but y’all need to recognize royalty when you see it.

Whitley and Dwayne.

Real. Royalty.
